Megan has spent 18+ years building, scaling, and operating service-based businesses — primarily in construction and operations. She's the person in the room who sees the explosive growth opportunity before anyone else does. She takes the 150-foot view of your business, identifies the bottlenecks, and designs the strategy to break through them.

"I was in a nightclub in Colombia when a man was shot directly behind me — his back against mine. I heard the shots. I thought I was next."

That moment changed everything. Megan walked away with an obsession: reclaim her time, build systems that run without her, and never again let a business own her instead of the other way around. She went all-in on automation, AI, and infrastructure — not as a trend, but as a survival strategy.

Today, she's a certified AI Consultant, Implementation Specialist, and Data Scientist. She's a serial entrepreneur who has built and operated multiple companies, and she brings that hard-won experience to every Momentum House client.

Marci

The Builder — Systems Architect & Creative Director.

Marci didn’t become an entrepreneur because she had a perfect plan. She became one because she has always been the kind of person who figures things out. Through trial, error, late nights, real-world experience, and more lessons learned the hard way than any textbook could offer.

Before Momentum House, Marci built her first business from home in the beauty industry. What started as a skill and a lot of determination grew into a storefront, then a high-end spa and salon, and eventually a business she was proud to sell. Along the way, she learned what it really takes to get clients, create a strong brand, deliver a premium experience, manage the chaos behind the scenes, and build something that can run without you.

“I didn’t learn business from the sidelines. I learned it by building while raising a family, making mistakes, starting over, and figuring out what actually works.”

Marci has been to college three times, studying esthetics, addictions counseling, and real estate. She has also completed hundreds of hours of additional certifications, trainings, and courses over the past 14 years. Each chapter taught her something different about people, trust, communication, service, positioning, and what it takes to build a business that actually supports your life.

Today, Marci brings all of that experience into the systems, technology, brand, and creative side of business. She is a certified AI Consultant, Implementation Specialist, and Data Scientist, with deep experience in GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, automation, branding, and video ad creation.

At Momentum House, Marci is the builder. She takes strategy and turns it into the CRM pipelines, automation sequences, brand assets, content systems, and operational infrastructure that make a business easier to run, easier to trust, and easier to scale.
